I was born and raised in San Diego. It’s a hard place to leave. I became interested in fitness in high school. I was never very good at sports, but I loved the way exercising made me feel. So I started going to workout classes. I ended up going to college for kinesiology!
The fitness community is what motivates me to move my body and teach. I’ve created life long friendships through group fitness classes and want to encourage people to continue to show up for each other even when you really don’t want to.
My favorite exercise/ infinite workout is any variation of weighted step ups. Your heart rate rises as well as your ass cheeks! Two for one!
My teaching style is a little more fast paced. A class at Infinite is less than 4% of your day, so why not push yourself! With fun music, of course.

When I’m not at the studio I am soaking up any ounce of sunshine I can get and hanging out with my son. Not only do I love a good workout, but I also love a good meal. Life is truly all about balance!
