Justine Cruz

Originally from New Hampshire, I traded snowy winters for the endless sunshine of San Diego about ten years ago. After a rainy stint in Seattle post-college, I realized I’m solar-powered and needed a sunnier place to call home!

My journey into fitness started in college when I took my first yoga class — and it’s been an uphill adventure ever since. What began as a passion quickly turned into a lifestyle, leading me to become certified in Yoga, Aerial Yoga, SUP Yoga, Mat Pilates, Gravity training, and Fascia Rolling. Movement is where I thrive, and helping others tap into their strength is what lights me up.

When it comes to workouts at infinite, anything involving the scrunch pad has my heart — inner thighs, crunches, lunges — you name it! And if you’re wondering… I’m Team Squat all the way. My teaching style? Let’s just call it insanely savage and a little fun — you’ll laugh, you’ll sweat, you might cry and you’ll probably be sore (and I secretly love that).

My biggest piece of advice to anyone starting their fitness journey: Keep going. The beginning is the hardest part, but once you get hooked, you won’t want to stop.

When I’m not in the studio, you can find me anywhere the sun is shining — paddle boarding, creating art, or just soaking up some beach time. A hidden talent? I’m secretly pretty good at magic tricks. Favorite food? All food.

Living in San Diego means constant adventure is right at my fingertips, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I can’t wait to move, sweat, and celebrate your strength together!
