First time to the studio? Are you ready to get longer, leaner and generally more bad ass? Whether you are already in great shape and looking to really refine your routine, or you are completely new & looking to explore a smarter approach to fitness, we are here for you! Even if you are working with an injury, Infinite Fitness offers you exceptional, expert & effective training. Every workout is completely customized, so you'll always feel safely challenged & inspired.
The Benefits of Training with Infinite Fitness:
- Change your body composition. Strength training boosts your metabolism (which means burning more calories when at rest) and reduces body fat. You will see those inches melt away.
- Reduce your risk of injury. Strong muscles, tendons and ligaments are less likely to give way under stress and are less likely to be injured. Increased bone density and strength reduces back and knee pain by building muscle around these areas.
Change your state of mind. Strength training will elevate your level of endorphins (natural opiates produced by the brain), which will make you feel great.
